15-year warranty
We offer a 15-year warranty on our frames. The frame will be inspected by our team and replaced free of charge if the breakage is due to a manufacturing defect or normal use.
Payment methods
Purchases made on the www.silacycles.com website can be paid for by credit card.
Purchases are made in complete security thanks to the adoption of the most advanced technological systems in the field of e-commerce and encryption systems (SSL) for the protection of personal data and credit card information from unauthorised access.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and a detailed summary of your purchase.

Country and delivery time
From the date of your online order, Sila bikes take an approximate 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered to your door. An approximate delivery date will be confirmed by email once your order had been received.
Delivery fees are included in all Sila bike prices. For clothing and accessories orders, delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
We ship our bikes throughout North America and Europe. For all other countries, please contact us.
Delivery times may be delayed due to public holidays.

Returns for defects or non-conformity
If you have not received the correct product or if the product is damaged, please contact our customer service department at 1-833 576 2453 (toll free) or by writing to info@silacycles.com.
Satisfaction Guarantee
To request a refund, you must send a request for authorization to the to the following email address service@silacycles.com, including the reasons why you are not satisfied with your Sila Cycles bike.
To take advantage of the refund offer, the bike must be returned to the following address: 6874-2 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal QC H4B 1P7 Canada, within a period of time not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt, including weekends and holidays. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The Sila Cycles bike must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered – clean, and free of modifications, alterations or damage. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. Please note that an administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, and that the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Upon receipt and inspection of the bike, we will contact you to inform you of the terms of the refund.
